“COVID Update from Pastor Chris: On Monday, June 14th, in the Town of Hanover, Ordinance 39 requiring the use of masks was suspended while outdoors and where social distancing can be maintained. While as of yet no clear communication has been made to Hanover residents and organizations, the latest guidance from the State of New Hampshire (May 17, 2021) is that masking and social distancing should still be maintained during indoor gatherings where one cannot know if all are vaccinated, regardless of one’s own vaccination status. Reference:
"In accordance with the latest guidance from the state of New Hampshire, and in the absence of clear communication from the town, since we cannot know who is vaccinated and who isn’t, we will continue to wear masks and social distance when we gather indoors for public worship on Sunday mornings. I am personally watching this closely as my desire is that our public worship services continue to feel safe and welcoming for everyone who wants to come. When clear guidance is given from the Town of Hanover or when the State of New Hampshire updates its guidance, we will adjust accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me [Pastor Chris].”
